ORIGINAL THREE-ROW MEASUREMENT · NOVEMBER 4, 2026

Roblox Shirt Template Letter Counter Profile: Three Rows of an O

Check more than the middle of a letter O on a roblox shirt template. In 12 saved 64 × 64 previews, the normal O's center opening measured 36 pixels at row 28, 35–36 at row 32, and 32–33 at row 36. Bold measured 29–30, 28, and 25–26 pixels at those rows. The lower slice was narrowest in every file.

These are selected saved-preview pixel measurements, not a Roblox rendering rule or a human readability test.

The measured profile

We reused 12 PNGs from our middle-row counter check: a normal and bold red Arial O, each in six selected 64-pixel FRONT-panel previews. The saved Shirt exports were 585 × 559 pixels. The same FRONT crop was scaled onto white/charcoal, cream/slate, and solid-white backgrounds. For each background, the files represent the previously selected low- and high-signal positions.

28, above center36 pixels in all six29–30 pixels6 pixels
32, center35–36 pixels28 pixels in all six7 pixels
36, below center32–33 pixels25–26 pixels6 pixels

Our script labels a pixel red when R > 100, R > 1.5 × G, and R > 1.2 × B. On each row it finds the innermost red pixel to the left and right of column 32. The count of columns strictly between them is right − left − 1. For one normal checker example at row 36, the edges are x=15 and x=49, so the opening is 49 − 15 − 1 = 33 pixels. Its matched bold example has edges x=18 and x=45, giving 26 pixels. The six-pixel minimum difference in the table is calculated across matched files, not by subtracting unrelated range endpoints.

From row 28 to row 36, the normal opening shrank by 3–4 pixels; bold shrank by 3–5. This matters when inspecting curved lettering: a clear horizontal center does not describe every slice of the hole. All 36 sampled slices remained open under this color rule, but three rows cannot establish that the entire enclosed area remains clear.

Repeat this check with your own letter

  1. Place the same letter in two weights at the same position and color on the Shirt FRONT panel.
  2. Download both PNGs from the editor. Work from the saved files.
  3. Crop the same FRONT square and scale both to the intended preview size with identical settings. Roblox's classic clothing guide lists FRONT as a 128 × 128 square.
  4. Inspect several horizontal slices through the opening, including one above and one below center. Keep the pixel classification and background fixed for a fair comparison.
  5. Inspect the whole letter at native size and test the saved Shirt in Roblox Studio on the avatar you intend to use.

Scope and sources

The result covers one Arial O, one red, one panel placement, one 64-pixel scale, and 12 selected checker positions. It does not measure all checker phases, other fonts, viewer recognition, or Studio appearance. The reproducible script and all 36 row results are retained in audit/2026-11-04-counter-profile.ps1 and its JSON output. The original calculations, table, examples, and repeatable procedure make up most of this article.
